Who is APS?
The founder of APS is Mr. Kevin White who is a retired Senior Deputy Sheriff Investigator. Mr. White has been trained in all Manner of Civil Process by The Imperial County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. White has completed advanced core course curriculum sponsored by The California Sheriff’s Association and The Commission on POST California Peace Officers Standards and Training.
Mr. White is a Alumni of (SIUC) Southern Illinois University at Carbondale & (UI&U) Union Institute & University.
